With Christmas behind us I am far behind on a fall necessity list and have chosen to instead do my winter necessities. These items will be everyday or more casual items as opposed to more formal items given the fact that this year is different than others in the fact that Holiday gatherings are not really a thing this year, depending on where you live.
For Home:
Slippers to keep your feet warm especially if you're like me and constantly taking off and putting on your socks because you can't decide if you're cold or not.
A good pair of sweats is essential and until this year I didn't learn how vital they are to being comfortable and relaxed at home here are a couple of my favourite sets:
For Everyday:
Knit accessories are a great way to make any outfit better and are so cozy and warm, I love scarves and hats more than you can imagine haha.
Comfy coats (one casual, more of a common item for this year, and one somewhat more formal like a wool coat.) Personally I look to have one down filled coat to keep me warm and feeling like a marshmallow and one wool coat for special events like anniversaries or dinner dates.
As you know, you can never go wrong with something sparkly so an everyday jewelry piece is great for year round but of course you can switch it up in the different seasons.
For Relaxing:
I've found this year to be more stressful than most given the pandemic and have found that self care is more essential than ever, here are a few of my go to's:
With our face masks being an every day thing your face needs a little extra TLC and face masks are a great way to go whether it be for moisture or for acne here's a few.
My guilty pleasure for this year has been self care and one thing I've loved has been getting my lashes done, means I don't need to think about applying makeup, ever. I love it and it' such a great experience to just sit and chat with my girl who does my lashes or if I'm tired have a nap and wake up to big fluffy lashes.
Here are a few items I've had my eye on for winter time, what have you been looking at?
Please note that this is not an advertisement but my personal opinion.
