While being at home all day certainly has some benefits it can be hard to get things done. Although just remember just because other people are reacting one way to being in quarantine, by no means do you have to compare yourself and how you are coping to them. You don't have to be super productive during this time it's okay to sit back and relax as well.
These are some things that have been helping me to stay as productive as I can during this time.
Make a weekly plan of what you want to accomplish. For myself I list out everything from taking down the garbage, to what homework I want to work on. Looking at the weekly list can sometimes be a little overwhelming but once something is done its relieving when I get to scratch it off and see the list getting smaller and smaller.
Make your bed, (or for me that means putting my Murphy bed away). If I don't put my bed away I feel an urge to just stay in bed all day, its comfy and it puts me to sleep which couldn't be worse for my productivity. When I put my bed away it always makes my room seem tidier which helps me to be able to focus a bit better.
Get dressed. Whatever you feel like wearing if its sweats, lounge wear, or another pair of pjs go for it. Just have a shower and get out of the clothes you slept in, it'll help you feel a bit more refreshed. (I live in cozy sweaters when I'm home, the fuzzier the better).
Take a break. If you don't get everything you planned to complete done that's okay too.
